EV Infotainment System & Magenta Design Infotainment System

Winning GOOD DESIGN Awards for both the 2023 Niro and Concept EV9, the EV Infotainment and Magenta Design Infotainment System is designed with Kia’s commitment to sustainable mobility solutions at its core. Based on the striking paper-themed GUI (Graphical User Interface), these award-winning infotainment systems were meticulously optimized for electric vehicles. With an integrated panoramic curved display, high-resolution graphic images, and green and violet key colors, the EV9’s command center is something to behold.

The interactive 27-inch ultra-wide display is the central nervous system for all passenger and driver needs, including climate control and comfort features and media like favorite apps, playlists, navigation, vehicle diagnostics, and more.

Innovative Interior Modes

  • Pause Mode — Switch on this mode when not moving to transform the EV9’s interior space into a first-class lounge. While in this mode, the seats move to allow the first-row and third-row to face one another while the second-row seats fold down to become a table.

Digital Tiger Face & Performance

Since EVs don't require a traditional front grille, the all-electric EV9 swaps from the iconic Tiger Face façade to a new Digital Tiger Face. The new BEV-focused grille reduces the frontal mass of the vehicle and vastly improves aerodynamics thanks to a revamped air vent design.

Concept EV9's stunning looks are complimented by its efficiency, while the all-electric powertrain provides a range of up to 300 miles on a full charge.
